Parts sourcing and consumables.
We regularly supply replacement parts to our customers. These can be either Original Equipment (OE) and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). OE is a genuine manufacturer branded part stamped with the unique manufacturer’s part number and logo. OEM is manufactured by a company ‘under design’ for the car manufacturer, but is packaged by the production company and does not contain the brand logo or part number. We can often supply your parts quicker and cheaper than you can buy them locally. In some instances we are prepared to supply reconditioned parts. We will only do this when we can be confident in the quality of the parts being supplied.
Recommendation of service centres or body shops
Because we have sold thousands of cars in multiple countries, we naturally have found out who the most reliable and knowledgeable service providers are in most countries. The expertise is clear to us and they have often worked with us and our clients.

Warranty
Some manufacturers provide a global warranty for their vehicles which typically lasts for 2-3 years. We are happy to advise whether your vehicle’s warranty is applicable in other countries prior to you making the purchase. Cars purchased with our ‘All-Inclusive Service to Nairobi’, automatically benefit from a 3 month warranty provided by MHH International. Please ask the team for details.
